What to Expect If You Are Convicted

  • Up to 93 days in jail
  • License suspension for up to six months
  • Ignition interlock device
  • Up to 360 hours of community service

Second DUI Offense:

  • Up to $1,000 in fines, plus court costs
  • Up to one year in jail
  • License suspension for a minimum of one year
  • License plate confiscation
  • Vehicle immobilization for up to 180 days
  • Up to 90 days of community service

Third DUI Offense:

  • Felony DUI
  • Up to $5,000 in fines, plus court costs
  • Up to 5 years in prison
  • License revocation for a minimum of one year
  • Vehicle immobilization for 180 days
  • License plate confiscation
  • Up to 180 days of community service
